Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and the roofing services provided by STORMGUARD. By accessing our website or requesting any of our services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.
Our Services
STORMGUARD offers a complete range of roofing solutions, including domestic roofing, commercial roofing, new roof installations, re-roofing, roof repairs, insurance-related work, and 24-hour emergency call-out support. All services depend on availability, property condition, and the work required. Any estimate provided through calls, messages, or initial discussions is only a guideline until a final written quotation is issued. Service costs may adjust if additional labour, materials, or repairs are discovered during the project.
Quotations & Payments
All quotations are given based on the information available at the time of inspection. Payments for our roofing services must be completed according to the terms stated on the invoice or quotation. Certain jobs may require an advance deposit to confirm booking, and the remaining balance must be paid upon completion unless a different agreement has been made. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of ongoing work.
Cancellations & Scheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel a standard service before the confirmed date, provided reasonable notice is given. Emergency call-out services, however, may still incur a call-out charge even if the client cancels after booking due to immediate resource allocation.
Workmanship & Guarantees
All roofing work performed by STORMGUARD is carried out to professional industry standards. Some services may include a workmanship guarantee, which applies only to the work we complete. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by severe storms, external impact, lack of maintenance, or any alterations made by another contractor after the job is finished.
Liability
While we take every step to work safely and professionally, STORMGUARD is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, or issues beyond our control. The client is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and notifying us of any structural weaknesses before work begins.

Changes to Terms
STORMGUARD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
